We ship all our items from the UK and most of the orders are dispatched on the same day of the order (providing it's a working day and the orders are placed before 1pm) and it usually takes 1-2 working days for the item(s) to be delivered. US Deliveries

Your delivery experience is important to us, which is why we always choose a trusted courier (DPD, FedEx, DHL or alternative). Delivery fees start at £28 (approx. $34). Please proceed to checkout to get the exact quote). Due to changes in regulations we are currently unable to deliver any beauty products outside of the UK. The prices do not include additional international duties or taxes, which will need to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

International Deliveries

You can now choose a store pick-up at checkout and collect the item for free at our store located on 295 Brompton Road, SW3 2DY in London. 

Claims

Please note that any claims for missing or damaged items must be done within 14 days from the item(s) being marked as delivered. All claims must be done via e-mail (hello@loop-generation.com).

We hope you love your order – but just in case something isn’t quite right, we’ve made it easy to make a return. You can return your purchase within 7 days of the item being received (as detailed by the tracking information). Simply send us an e-mail, return the item by post or to our London store and we will refund you the full amount (excluding shipping costs).
