We hope you love your order – but just in case something isn’t quite right, we’ve made it easy to make a return. Please note that we only allow returns of the items that are managed by Loop Generation. Items purchased from private sellers are non-refundable.

How to return an item managed by Loop Generation?

E-mail us

Contact us through e-mail at within 7 days of the item being received (as detailed by the tracking information) and let us know what you would like to return and why.

Return it to us

Pack and ship your item(s) to 171-175 Draycott Avenue, London, SW3 3AJ. We highly recommend using tracked courier service as Loop Generation won’t be liable for any loss or damages. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included*. Youc an also return the item in person to our London store (same address as above).

Get paid

We will issue a full refund to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the item(s) back. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.


*On receipt, your return will be thoroughly checked by our sales team, and an authentication supervisor. If the security tag remains fully attached, and the condition is the same as it was at the point of sale, the return can be accepted. If this is not met, the item can be returned back to the buyer at the buyers' expense. Alternatively, the item can be re-sold via Club Loop with a lower commission of 15%. Please note that sunglasses, swimwear andbeauty products are non-refundable and that Click & Collect items must be collected within 7 days of the order otherwise the refund policy will no longer apply.

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Loop Generation account or future orders being refused.
