Our family just got bigger

Fashion entrepreneurs, Touker Suleyman and Tom Singh invest in Loop Generation

BBC’s Dragons’ Den and the founder of New Look have just added Loop Generation to a long list of brands and businesses in their respective portfolios. The London-based circular economy venture Loop Generation offers the very best in designer pre-loved womenswear, menswear, accessories, shoes as well as unused beauty products. The desirable edit hand-picked by the Polish founders Ewa Kozieja and Piotr Krzymowski is available to purchase both online as well as in their first permanent store opening on the 11th of April on 295 Brompton Road in London’s Chelsea.

The investment from the well-established fashion retail entrepreneurs comes at a time of massive changes in the fashion industry and consumer behaviours. Shockingly, an estimated £30bn worth of unworn clothing hangs in UK wardrobes alone. As an authenticated luxury resale platform, Loop Generation’s aim is to offer customers both the opportunity to buy and sell the finest items whilst promoting an interest in mindful shopping, cutting down on needless consumption and focusing fundamentally on quality. But there’s more - for Loop Generation the journey of a beautiful pre-loved item shouldn’t end in the wardrobe of its new owner. By taking good care of the purchases consumers can prolong their life and ultimately offer others the opportunity to enjoy them whilst contributing to the economy of circular fashion and taking one more step to saving our planet.

There are many ways in which the consumers can contribute to a more sustainable future. One of them is becoming part of Loop Generation. Let’s #MakeFashionGreatAgain
