How can I participate in this competition?
Participating is easy! Simply make sure:

- Upload at least 1 eligible luxury designer item or unused beauty product through our Private Selling Service. The participation is only valid if the item/product has been accepted by our team that was listed by you. Kindly use the same email address throughout the competition (which includes for email communication and sign up to the Private Selling Service).
When does the competition start and end?
The competition opens on October 25th 2023 at 5:00pm and closes on 30th November 2023 at 11:59pm. The winner will be announced on the 1st of December 2023 by 5.00pm.
Is the competition open Internationally?
The Loop Generation competition is open to participants based in the UK only. Please note that the physical prize has to be collected from our store in London: 295-297 Brompton Road, London SW3 2DY. At the time of collection, we would need to see the email sent and the confirmation of claiming the prize along with a valid ID of the winner.
Please note, the item will not be handed over to anyone else other than the winner for collection.
How is the winner selected?
The winner is selected randomly from the pool of eligible participants who have followed all the entry instructions correctly. The selection process is completely random and fair to ensure everyone has an equal chance of winning.
How will the winner be notified?
The winner will receive an email notifying them of their win. All physical prizes have to be collected from our store in London: 295-297 Brompton Road, London SW3 2DY. Additionally, winners will be announced on Instagram stories on @loopgeneration's Instagram account. It's important to keep an eye on your notifications and messages during the competition period. We will only send you an email from our official email domain. The winner must respond to the notification within 2 days to claim their prize via email and then collect their prize from our physical store. Failure to respond within the given timeframe may result in disqualification and the selection of alternate winner. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
